Lisa J. Rowley has been a dental hygienist for over 40 years and has dedicated her career to dental hygiene education and advocating for the dental hygiene profession. Lisa was the founding director of a BS degree dental hygiene program that intentionally prepares dental hygienists to work as direct access providers. Lisa has maintained continuous membership in the American Dental Hygienists’ Association (ADHA) since she entered the profession, and she currently serves as Advocacy Director for the Oregon Dental Hygienists' Association.

Lisa Hardill, RDH, BHADM
As a registered dental hygienist since 2003, Lisa has worked in private practice, public health, and independent practice. In 2017, she expanded her career beyond the operatory, getting involved in dental sales and consulting with a focus on integrating preventative products, practice growth strategies, implants, biomaterials, and digital dentistry. This experience led to her current role in Clinical Development, supporting dental hygiene teams with a leading Dental Service Organization, where she works with hundreds of dental practices across Ontario.
Outside of her Clinical Development role, Lisa is a Hygiene Coach with the Clear Aligner Leadership Bootcamp and serves as an Ambassador for both Women in Digital Dentistry and Dimensions of Dental Hygiene.
As passionate writer, she runs strictlydentalpro, a blog dedicated to leadership, coaching, and supporting dental hygienists in their professional growth. Lisa is currently completing a Master’s in Oral Health Promotion to continue growing as a writer, educator, and researcher.

Ashley is a passionate Orofacial Myofunctional Therapist with a strong focus on airway health and functional breathing. She began her journey in Myofunctional Therapy in 2021 and became certified to see patients in early 2022. Since then, she has continued to expand her expertise through advanced training, including completing Dr. Richard Baxter’s Tongue-Tied Academy and enrolling in the Oxygen Advantage® Functional Breathing Instructor course. Ashley started her private practice in 2023, working with patients part-time while dedicating herself to ongoing education. Her mission is to provide the highest quality care by combining a deep understanding of Myofunctional Therapy with the latest knowledge in breathing and airway function.

As a certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist (CEAS), Crystal is committed to promoting healthier and more sustainable work practices for dental professionals. Drawing from her personal experience with work related pain, she strives to empower others to achieve pain free, fulfilling careers in dentistry. Crystal combines her clinical expertise and ergonomic knowledge to deliver practical strategies and solutions tailored to the unique challenges faced by dental professionals.
