1 CE | LIVE on October 15th, 6PM CT

Descriptions: This one-hour continuing education course for dental hygienists focuses on the recognition

warning signs, and collaboration within the dental team to optimize patient outcomes.

Objectives:

  • Distinguish between benign, precancerous, and cancerous oral lesions using
    clinical assessment and case-based learning.
  • Apply evidence-based guidelines to determine when biopsy and referral are
    indicated for suspicious lesions.

cancer risks, follow-up recommendations, and appropriate referrals.
