Descriptions: We provide essential techniques for improving posture and preventing musculoskeletal strain, addressing the physical demands placed on dental hygienists. Members will gain tools to promote long-term health and comfort while working. We will hear from the experts who are helping RDHs everywhere!

This CE is geared toward: Dental Hygienist and Dental Hygiene Practice. Though this CE has a focus on dental hygiene practice, Dentist and Dental Assistants can still earn CE credit for this course.

As a certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist (CEAS), Crystal is committed to promoting healthier and more sustainable work practices for dental professionals. Drawing from her personal experience with work related pain, she strives to empower others to achieve pain free, fulfilling careers in dentistry. Crystal combines her clinical expertise and ergonomic knowledge to deliver practical strategies and solutions tailored to the unique challenges faced by dental professionals.
