The Company’s products and services are offered on an ongoing basis with a monthly or yearly subscription. Users may cancel subscriptions at any time by emailing [email protected]. Your membership will be terminated immediately upon cancellation. Please note that previous members will always be able to access their Continuing Education Certificates through their member portal. However, previously viewed courses or other services through Clinicians Platform will not be assessable. For monthly memberships canceled before one year, $100 fee will be applied. Members who wish to cancel their annual membership prior to their predetermined annual end date will not receive a refund.
